Role Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Project Manager / Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on promoting "Applied" HVAC equipment to Owners, Engineers, and Contractors.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with owners, design engineers, and contractors to promote "Applied" HVAC equipment.
Leverage a deep understanding of HVAC equipment sales or system design to provide tailored solutions to our diverse clientele.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, ensuring all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain top-of-the-line.
Travel as needed within the designated sales territory : We're hiring for this role in Ferndale, MI , and in Davison, MI

Requirements :

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or system design.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Excellent communication skills.

Willingness to travel throughout the Lower Peninsula and Northern Ohio.
