Salary : $70,000-$80,000
Department : General Admin Department
Responsible To : Chief Human Resources Officer
Status : Exempt
Level : 4 (Admin)
Tier : 1 (Admin)
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or at least 5 years experience in related field. Must have strong experience in Recruitment. Must have fully developed core skills including but not limited to strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer knowledge, including all Microsoft Office programs. Must have the ability to multi-task and to work under pressure and requires little to no direction. High energy, flexibility, amiable, sense of humor, and be able to work as part of a team. Possession of a valid Drivers license, a good driving record and a willingness to use a personal or agency vehicle in the course of employment. Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as ADP and BambooHR are also preferred.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
Collaborate with management to assess current and future hiring needs.
Draft and post job descriptions, leveraging databases and social media to attract talent.
Conduct reference checks and process background screenings.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal standards.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs.
Maintain HR records and documentation in BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now.
Support employee relations by fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Attend job fairs and other recruitment events.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by respecting employees' and program participants religious and cultural backgrounds.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Bachelors degree in human resources or at least 5 years experience in related field.
Must have strong experience in Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have the ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
High energy, flexibility, amiable, sense of humor, and be able to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR a plus.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
We are offering a sign on bonus of $1,000.00. It is paid in two increments.
