Job Summary :
The Corporate HR Director of Technology is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR information systems that support the organization’s workforce and contribute to the overall success of the company. It is critical that the HR Director of Technology has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR information systems including knowledge and understanding of :
1) essential system functions (i.e., acquisition, deployment, and management of technology resources and services)
2) development and evolution of infrastructures and systems for use within the company’s processes. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, relationship building, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

This position may require travel to other Woodgrain locations, estimated travel up to 15%.
