Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING REGION of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT DENVER. Responsibilities You will ensure compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to applicant testing. You will be responsible for scheduling, administering, scoring and transmitting the officer tests to the appropriate commands. You will be responsible for scheduling exams and appointments as required, which include, but are not limited to processing, physicals, physical readiness, interviews, testing, enlistments, commissionings, supersedings, etc. You will ensure officer applicants meet basic eligibility and program authorization requirements for specific programs ensuring all requirements related to specific actions are met and in accordance with current regulations, policies and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Utilizing knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel service records; 2) Researching information in records and databases in order to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain records.
