Job Summary :
We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our HRAnswers team, playing a crucial role in providing superior HR guidance and support across our expanding global customer support teams. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, serving as a critical liaison to help resolve various HR requests efficiently. This remote, contingent worker position requires handling a high volume of daily employee requests, offering personalized care, and supporting the implementation of core HR programs while fostering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Offer human resources guidance and information to employees at all levels, emphasizing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and track a high volume of daily employee requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
- Deliver personalized care experiences and partnerships through chat, phone, and casework by adopting a verify-and-research approach.
- Guide customers on navigating internal tools and resources, promoting self-service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and partner with other Centers of Excellence (COEs) in handling complex situations and making recommendations.
