Job Description

The Human Resources Program Principal is accountable for the oversight of statuses, interdependencies and prioritization of ongoing Human Resources (HR) initiatives in support of Prime’s HR strategy and will work collaboratively to drive successful execution of all HR program and project level work across HR. This role will also lead cross-functional key HR initiatives with enterprise impacts and is responsible for implementing strategies to ensure Prime’s HR programs and initiatives are effectively communicated.

Responsibilities

Accountable for facilitating the prioritization and execution of operational plans for a complex set of programs and critical initiatives supporting Prime’s HR strategy and for maintaining alignment, statuses and identifying interdependencies between all program and project level work efforts across HR

Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to lead and / or ensure timely, compliant, accurate and on budget implementation of key HR initiatives

Lead highly complex HR projects, providing leadership and direction to project team

Accountable for implementing strategies to ensure HR programs, processes and policies are effectively communicated

Develop and lead the adoption of program and project management discipline / framework, inclusive of a measurement strategy, tools and resources to drive successful, compliant and consistently communicated HR programs and key HR initiatives

Ensure ongoing communication of HR program performance, statuses of key initiatives and support employees, leaders and HR in adoption of new HR programs and key initiatives through effective use of Prime’s collaboration tools and resources (e.g., SharePoint)

Facilitate ongoing analysis of HR program performance, effectiveness and utilization; work with HR program owners to develop recommendations and implement strategies to ensure the HR program(s) are compliant, competitive with the market, cost effective, well communicated / easy to understand, and valued and used by employees

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

8 years of work experience in program / project management to include 1 year of HR project or program management

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work in self-directed environment

Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime

Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications

Expert negotiation and influencing skills

Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

3 years of work experience in HR project or program management

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to a Senior Director, Assistant Vice President or Vice President in the Human Resource department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
