Overview
IDG is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the EVP, Transformation Business Operations and the CHRO. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic focus for these executive offices . This position demands exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The seasoned Executive Assistant will have a high sense of urgency and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, communication management, project coordination, and strategic support.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support :
- Manage executives' calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Organize team meeting cadences, including preparation of agendas, notetaking
- and following up with responsible parties on associated actions and deadlines

This role is located in our Needham MA or New York Midtown office, with a hybrid work schedule. We will consider qualified candidates for a remote approved US east coast location.

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 and $120,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
