The Opportunity :

We are currently looking for a part-time evening host / hostess to join our team at Element by Westin San Jose Milpitas to servie complimentary snacks and beverags to our guests from 6pm-7 : 30pm Monday-Thursday.

Life as an Evening Reception Host / Hostess :

• Complete set-up and tear down of evening complimentary reception "Relax Hour"
• Prepare glassware, cutlery, and food in compliance with Element Brand Standards
• Serve complimentary wine & beer (on-tap), and assortment of small bites to all hotel guests from 6pm-7 : 30pm Monday-Thursday
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote a friendly, fun atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and equipment
• Restocks items as required.

What to expect in your first few months :

First, you will be familiarized with all hotel services and features during our Relax Hour Reception! From here, you will complete any relevant online training courses and coordinate with your supervisor to review brand standards on our Relax Hour Reception offerings. We will utilize your strengths to where your customer service skills will shine! As your work grows, you will play an important role in your team's success!
