Primary Responsibilities :

• Flexible schedule approx. 14-15 shifts per month working 11 day shifts 6 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, 3 night shifts 5 : 30 pm-6 : 30 am, 13 hour shifts
• EMR System : Epic
• Only see NWP patients and have access to outpatient records
• Procedures possible but not mandatory
• Case managers and excellent Transitions of Care Program with Complex Case managers and social worker at MSO
