Job Title : Driver Helper

Description Body :

Location : Based out of Amazon Delivery Station DDT1 located at 1400 E 10 Mile Road Hazel Park, MI 48030

Compensation : $17.00 per hour

Shift times : 11 : 00am - 9 : 00pm (subject to change)

Full Time : 3-4 days a work week. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

You must be available to work at least a Saturday or Sunday every week.

Dreams Logistics is seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. You'll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. No experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do :

As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include :

Loading and unloading packages (up to 400 packages per day)

Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment (team lift required for weights ranging from 40-50)

Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

What You'll Need :

Eligible to work in the U.S

At least 18 years of age

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test & background check

Physical Demands : This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Work Environment : The work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
