Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a premier provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a prestigious international law firm.
Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll data, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, and providing payroll-related customer service. This role involves managing bi-weekly payroll transfers to ADP WorkForce Now , collaborating with HR and other departments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll transfers to ADP WorkForce Now .
- Compile and input payroll data, including taxes, bonuses, deductions, and time and attendance records ( WorkForce ).
- Set up, calculate, and maintain employee wage garnishments.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Audit HR interface for payroll accuracy.
- Review data entry for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure payroll data integrity.
- Maintain payroll records in the HR database .
- Generate bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
- Assist with year-end processes and reporting requirements.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and stay updated on payroll legislation.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect departmental information.
- Perform additional duties and initiatives as assigned.
