What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full claims lifecycle—from submission and investigation to adjudication and resolution.
- Lead, train, and mentor a small but highly efficient claims team.
- Develop and implement claims policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify trends in claims data to proactively manage risk and prevent fraud.
- Ensure strict compliance with insurance regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to refine policy wording and minimize claims disputes.
- Directly handle complex or high-value claims as needed.
