Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting a Insurance Billing Coordinator to join our team in our Fargo Office .
The Insurance Billing Coordinator will be responsible for :
- Compile necessary documentation in order to calculate and prepare patients' bills.
- Facilitate timely and accurate posting of hospital and clinic charges, self-pay, collections, month-end billing, and negotiate billing rates with third party payors.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all third party payors and treatment providers.
- Exhibit persistence, tactfulness, and fairness in communications with third party.
- Continuously research and follow up on processed claims to ensure timely payment;
- Answer billing questions from patients and / or patients' families;
- Perform related duties as assigned by direct supervisor and / or Administration.
Applicants must have high school diploma or equivalency.
