Sr Structural Design Engineer – RemoteInnova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal building engineering and pre-engineered metal buildings, with a strong understanding of engineering codes such as IBC and NBCC. Additionally, proficiency in C++ and familiarity with SQL are essential for this role.Responsibilities : Lead the structural design and analysis of metal building projects, ensuring compliance with engineering codes and standards (IBC, NBCC, etc.).Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative solutions for pre-engineered metal buildings.Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to create detailed design plans and specifications.Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution to meet project deadlines and objectives.Implement and maintain best practices for structural design and engineering processes.Requirements : Senior / Advanced level Structural Design EngineerProfessional Engineer (PE) certification is required.Proven experience in metal building engineering and pre-engineered metal buildings.In-depth knowledge of engineering codes and standards, including IBC and NBCC.Proficiency in C++ (C# experience is acceptable if no C++).Familiarity with SQL for database management and data analysis.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and related software.PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS : Pay Range- $120-140K / year range Benefits : Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following : Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental / vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Website : https : / / www.innovasolutions.com / is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
