Job Description
Position Overview :
Responsible for performing human resources-related duties on a professional level, working closely with the Human Resources Manager in supporting designated locations. Responsibilities include the following functional areas : talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, payroll & benefits administration, training, and employment law compliance.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
- Talent Acquisition :
Support the full-cycle recruiting process through engagement with candidates, hiring managers, and staffing agencies
Process biweekly payroll through Kronos for salary / coworkers and weekly payroll for contingent staff
Plan, organize, and champion direct administration of engagement activities / services such as focus groups, service awards, company / team outings, communication boards, charity / community campaigns, and recognition activities
Promote positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of HR policies and programs that support company objectives
Administer benefits programs, communicate changes, and keep employees educated on benefit plans, working with the Corporate Benefits team to resolve benefits problems
Maintain training records and assist with training events

The pay range for the above-referenced position is determined by taking into account many factors such as experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, education, and other business-related factors. Salary decisions are based on each job. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83,000 to $85,000 annually.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 to $103,100; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $82,500 to $123,700 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
