Currently we are seeking a “Prin Advisor, Labor Relations” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
Position : Prin Advisor, Labor Relations
Location : Pomona, CA Hybrid with onsite on Wed / Thurs
Duration : 9 Months potential extension
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
- Lead the strategic development of Transmission / Substation asset strategies that influence infrastructure replacement for electric field assets
- Lead the development of risk informed strategies along with scope development for electrical field assets
- Develop & refine asset strategies that influence significant scope and final spend.
- Develop & advocate for solutions based on asset strategies
- Present to senior leadership (e.g. operational / corporate governing bodies) and acts as a key advisor to the senior & executive leadership team.
