Position Summary

Prime Corporate Services is searching for a seasoned legal professional to serve as our Legal Counsel, supporting the company’s growth by overseeing a wide range of in-house legal needs. This position will report to senior leadership and play a critical role in handling the company’s legal matters, primarily focusing on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for a capable, hands-on legal professional who enjoys working directly on legal matters in a dynamic, high-growth environment. If you’re a proactive, adaptable attorney looking to make an impact in a rapidly evolving company, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on legal strategy to support business objectives and manage risk.
• Negotiate and structure commercial contracts and manage transactional matters.
• Oversee corporate governance, formations, and ensure compliance with formalities and record-keeping.
• Develop and maintain regulatory compliance processes, with experience handling regulatory requirements highly valued.
• Assist with employment law matters and provide guidance on hiring, separations, and HR-related legal needs.
• Manage outside counsel relationships as needed, ensuring budget oversight and effective collaboration on specialized issues.
