Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Eugene, OR

Location : Eugene, OR 97402
Salary : $40-50 / hr
Exciting Opportunity in Eugene : Seeking dedicated Home Infusion Nurses to provide exceptional care in patients' homes with Texas Nursing Services.

Role and Responsibilities :

Administer IVIG and specialized infusion therapies in home settings.

Conduct health assessments and modify treatments as needed.

Ensure meticulous treatment documentation in EMR.

Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.

Manage and maintain infusion equipment to ensure quality.

Educate patients and families on infusion therapies.

Qualifications :

Nursing degree with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN / LPN expertise.

Active OR nursing license.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Willing to travel within Eugene area.

Proficient in EMR and healthcare software.
