The Technical Coordinator- Video responsible for planning event equipment logistics, reservations, internal transfers, support, and sub rentals.

Your day will look like this :

• Analyze equipment lists for site / regional availability within inventory system to make reservations and equipment transfers.
• Analyze and interpret inventory availability information via R2 Inventory system, PowerBI, and SSRS.
• Work with global coordination and global warehouse teams to move inventory by deadline.
• Discuss equipment availability with account representatives, department directors, and / or project managers.
• Routinely monitor orders for correct reservation and return dates.
• Carry out subrental requests and communicate vendor quotes / pricing to relevant parties.
• Generate purchase orders for confirmed subrental equipment.
• Alongside project management, plan and provide support as necessary for any damaged equipment throughout all events.
• Plan and communicate the prompt return of subrental equipment.
• Carry out any other necessary tasks within the scope of this role.
