Ensure email content aligns with broader marketing goals and brand messaging. Contribute to the creation of email templates and copy, ensuring consistency in messaging. Monitor and track key email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). Prepare regular reports with insights on campaign performance. Identify areas for improvement and suggest A / B testing or other optimization opportunities. Support ongoing efforts to refine email campaigns based on performance data. Assist in implementing best practices for email deliverability, engagement, and list management. Help with testing and experimentation, including retargeting and drip campaigns, to enhance conversions. Provide support for marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows. Assist in aligning email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, including social media, paid media, and content strategies. 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.) and CRM tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage and nurture our growing database of 10,000+ new leads. This role will focus on supporting the email marketing strategy, managing the CRM system, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate to ensure email content and messaging align with overall marketing objectives, while helping to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
Email Campaign Execution
- Assist in the development and execution of targeted email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Help build and schedule email campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices for deliverability and engagement.
