Job Summary

Join Compass Group USA and FLIK as the Director of Food and Beverage. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class team and successfully implement innovative food service solutions in an ambitious, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate management of high-volume, multi-unit hotel and conference center.
• Financially accountable for all food and beverage outlets, room service, banquets, and culinary operations.
• Operate the department according to the approved budget, improving client return.
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings are of outstanding quality.
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients.
• Maintain accurate presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures-following HACCP standards.
• Communicate closely with managers under the Food & Beverage Division and other department heads.
• Actively participate within the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Review daily operating results and weekly forecasting, taking immediate corrective actions if required.
• Maintain high visibility with associates, guests, and clients.
• Monitor associate hires and disciplinary actions, leading overall recruitment in all F&B areas.
