Role Description
As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering program HIIT workouts with exceptional on-the-mic personality, timekeeping and demonstration. Our clients need you to understand exercise and human movement science so you can progress or regress exercises correctly and give cues and corrections on the fly. Typical exercises involve sleds, rope whips, barbell lifts, dumb bells, kettle bells, resistance bands, SAQ equipment and bodyweight. Clients expect our coaches to connect meaningfully and personally as they move through their transformation.
Requirements : At least 1 year of group fitness coaching. Certified Personal Training and / or Group Fitness certification. Current CPR certification. Consistency, Reliability & Positivity Superstar! Must be willing to work early morning classes.
