Key Responsibilities

Prepare drywall surfaces for finishing by sanding, taping, and mudding joints.
Apply finishing techniques such as skim coating, patching, and touch-ups to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
Interpret project specifications to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to OSHA standards.
Travel to various job sites, with paid per diem for travel and lodging expenses.

Qualifications

Required License : Drywall Finisher Certification.

Prior experience in drywall finishing or a similar role is preferred but not required - we'll teach you our way!

Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
