Boulder Imaging is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our talented team and growth! As a key member of the Production and Installation team you will be responsible for conducting FIB / SEM-based processing and data analysis, helping develop necessary analytical procedures, and maintaining the analytical equipment. In this position no two days will be the same. Candidates should possess a problem-solving mentality and thrive in a dynamic environment that balances day-to-day workflow with longer-term strategic objectives.
Requirements : Responsibilities
- Assemble opto-mechanical & electro-mechanical systems.
- Follow procedures and complete related quality records.
- Qualify equipment and components using test fixtures and procedures.
- Configure firmware on boards following written instructions using fixtures and computers.
- Exercise troubleshooting skills to evaluate periodic production interruptions.
- Accurately identify, record, and escalate non-conformities during the production build process.
- Perform wiring and soldering with the aid of wiring diagrams.
- Package finished products for shipping.
- Kit material for daily tasks.
- Use computer systems for recording quality records, labor time and communicating with team members.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe workplace.
