This role is designed for closers —advisors who excel at converting pre-scheduled, pre-qualified client meetings into business. Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct consultations to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement planning needs.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with each client’s objectives.
  • Recommend and implement fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as primary strategies.
  • Close business consistently by following the firm’s structured financial planning and sales process.
  • Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement income planning, tax efficiency, and asset protection .
  • Maintain detailed client records, financial plans, and follow-up actions in CRM and portfolio management systems.
  • Work closely with operations, compliance, and client service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and industry best practices .
  • Compete internally to demonstrate leadership potential and earn advancement opportunities.

    • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar client-facing sales role .
  • Proven track record of closing business in a high-volume, appointment-based sales environment.

    • Licensing & Certifications :

  • Must hold Series 65 or be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
  • Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • CFP® or other industry designations are a plus but not required.

    • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Expertise in retirement income planning, annuity strategies, and investment management .
  • Familiarity with fixed-indexed annuities, structured investments, and fee-based advisory platforms .
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Strong sales and closing skills , with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools .

    • Other Requirements :

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a steady flow of client meetings.
  • Must work full-time, in-office at the firm’s Cincinnati, Ohio location.

  • Commission Structure : Competitive, typically 20-25% of revenue generated.
  • Guaranteed Compensation Package : Ranges from $6,000 to $10,000 per month based on experience and performance.
