We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst with strong technical and front office systems background to join technology team, this is a unique opportunity to join a new & growing team responsible for transforming firms technology stack and credit business support.

Candidates must have good understanding of trade flows in credit products (Bank Debt, Loans, Bonds) or equivalent alternative asset product knowledge. Candidates should have excellent client facing skills and be able to articulate technical issues. This role will require some support of front office trading system Black Mountain Systems.

Primary Function & Essential Responsibilities

Documentation of user requirements, working with project teams on delivery. Ownership of Liquid Credit development, support and workflow responsibilities Some direct handling of support requests, follow ups with clients. Sense of urgency in responding to trading desk requests and questions. Responsible for effective communication and interaction with trading desk, portfolio managers, and project teams Working with development teams to design solutions, and manage adoption and support Responsible for data analysis, detailed understanding of business workflows, ability to document support workflows

Skills & Abilities

Experience Required : 3-5 year's cumulative experience in front office systems as a business analyst, or support analyst. Detail oriented, focus on understanding trade flows, ability to perform analysis and clearly communicate gaps in analysis to business and requirements to development teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prefer exposure to one or more of the following business platforms related to investment management - Trading and Settlements Platforms (example - Black Mountain Systems Everest), Portfolio Accounting (examples - Advent Geneva, Markit - Wall Street Office), Risk Management systems or performance reporting systems (Eagle PACE, data warehouse)

Technical Platform Specialty : Experience with SQL, particularly T-SQL, Tableau, some development with C#, JavaScript Productivity tools Jira, Confluence, MS Office tools for documenting requirements, etc.

Education / Certification :

BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience
