As an Agilent Field Service Representative, you’ll travel to a variety of customer labs to install, maintain, and repair critical Chromatography, Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy instruments used in Food, Chemicals & Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Environmental, and Forensics research and manufacturing.
What You’ll Do :
- Support Customers : Engage with customers for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of one or more products related to Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, LC Mass Spectrometry, GC Mass Spectrometry, Atomic Spectroscopy, Molecular Spectroscopy systems and software
- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations for our clients
- Preventive Maintenance : Advise customers on preventive measures and configurations to enhance product performance and longevity
- Collaborate : Work closely with our Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Continuous Learning : Participate in internal technical training and workshops to stay ahead in your field
- Advocate : Elevate "Voice of Customer" in relaying critical insights and customer experiences to Agilent leadership

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a science or engineering field (, chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar)
Experience with Agilent solutions is a plus
Experience troubleshooting and problem solving
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely
Must have a valid driver's license
Travel : 50% - 2-3 days per week in the field visiting customers; occasional overnight travel, if needed

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least February 21, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $ - $ plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
