Summary :

Merit Services is seeking a Fiber Optic Technician to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Fiber Optic Technician requires using your technical knowledge, ability to solve problems and focus on customer support to effectively handle and solve problems promptly. This position provides a great chance to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to the installation, maintenance, and problem-solving of fiber optic systems.

Responsibilities :

The process of setting up, connecting, and completing fiber optic cables.
Conducting routine maintenance and testing on fiber optic networks.
Addressing and fixing any issues and problems that arise in fiber optic systems when necessary.
Working together with teams to guarantee the seamless integration and functionality of networks.
Smartly documenting and providing a detailed report on the installation and repair of fiber optic systems.

Requirements :

Obtain a certification in Fiber Optics or a closely related field.

Extensive background in the installation, upkeep, and restoration of fiber optic systems.

Smartly paraphrased text : Skill in successfully utilizing fiber optic testing equipment and tools.

Highly developed problem-solving abilities and the capacity to function both autonomously and collaboratively.
