Complete Description :
Position Title : Visualization Coordinator
- Working hours : 8-hour work day, so with a 1 hour lunch that would be 8 AM – 5 PM.
- A hybrid schedule would require one full day in-office every Wednesday, with the other 4 days working remotely. The only additional days that they may be asked to come into the Corporate office would be if we have a larger group meeting or department activity on a non-Wednesday (which is very few and far between), in which case we would give ample advanced notice.
What is the opportunity :
The Visualization Coordinator is responsible for coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company. This role maintains the operational health of these requests in adherence to established budgets, policies, and procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with company and client goals. This role performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, updates documentation, and tracks projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.
