A company is looking for a Coding Quality / Review Educator WFH.Key Responsibilities : Conducts internal quality assessment reviews to ensure compliance with coding guidelinesFacilitates coding educational classes and communicates outcomes to improve coding accuracyAssists Coding Leadership in root cause analysis and prepares training documents for quality action plansRequired Qualifications : High School graduate or GED equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in HIM / HIT preferredMinimum of 5 years of acute care inpatient / outpatient coding experience requiredMinimum of 3 years of coding auditing / monitoring experience strongly preferredRHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification requiredExtensive knowledge of regulatory coding and associated reimbursement processes
