Job descriptionAssociate's degree in a relevant field. 3 years of related experience, preferably in transition planning, medical equipment planning, or activation of healthcare facilities. Management experience in activating new inpatient facilities is highly desirable. This role is crucial in managing staff, budgeting, and vendor relations, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the activation and transition of healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives to align with the organization's vision.
- Manage staff performance, satisfaction, scheduling, recruitment, and payroll activities.
- Monitor departmental budgets, compliance regulations, and vendor contracts.
- Evaluate needs for systems, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper functionality and stock levels.
- Support special projects and conduct business analysis as needed.
- Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to take appropriate action in a fast-paced environment.
