General Summary :

Detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The facilities coordinator will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and spaces function efficiently and meet safety and compliance standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for maintenance, vendors, and other departments.

Essential Functions :

  • Performs scheduling and tracking of preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, installations, and corrective maintenance on site equipment mechanical / HVAC equipment such as, humidifiers, exhaust fans, package DX HVAC units, de-humidifiers, pumps, motor, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, door, docks but not limited to these items.
  • Inspects major systems and identifies operating problems and coordinates repairs.
  • Performs rounds and readings to ensure equipment is operating normally.
  • Performs building operations including building automation monitoring, alarm response, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintains records as needed both regulatory and service related.
  • Develops operational procedures and supports continuous improvement efforts for the site.
  • Must wear ANSI safety shoes composite toe and personal protective equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Daily and punctual attendance in the job site is required

  • Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent two-year college or technical school .
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities coordination or repairs.
  • Knowledge of fire life safety preferred.

  • A combination of appropriate experience and education may be substituted for the minimum experience and education requirement

  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
