As an Event Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure. Join us in crafting extraordinary and transformative experiences.Job Responsibilities : Project DeliveryProvide seamless onsite executionEnsure project / program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlesslyCollaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners in managing effective communication between project team membersEnsure projects are resourced effective and efficientlyClient ManagementBuild and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely mannerProvide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget and schedules for assigned programsBudget ManagementDevelop and manage project budgetsOversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor paymentsReconcile all costs against budgetsSupport our finance group by ensuring you and your teams are closing out projects in a timely and efficient mannerTeam ManagementDemonstrates ability to manage 1+ direct reportsWork closely with production leadership to create training and development plans for your team that include annual, biannual, and quarterly goal setting and tracking in performance management systemHave regular check-ins with your teams to provide feedback in a timely mannerFoster a productive team environment that encourages collaboration and process to ensure all deliverables are metProvide ongoing mentorship, and training sessions to further grow each individual's careerResponsible for ensuring timesheets are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervisingInterview and hire full time and freelance support to guarantee projects are flawlessly executed within target marginEnsure all team members are onboarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policyProtect resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resourcesQualifications : 5+ years of proven event production experience requiredStrong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams1-2 years of management or supervisory experienceExperience in the entertainment industryClient focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for resultsLeadership and coaching skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExtraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuitionThrive in a fast paced, agency environmentExcellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sitesThorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurementRequirements : Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsiteMust be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver’s LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for eventsLocation : We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City.
