To be considered, we require :

Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred.

Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.

Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.

Valid CPR certification.

Previous experience in psychiatric, or substance use disorders inpatient, restraint reduction, de-

escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred.

Crisis management and time management skills; and exhibit flexibility, creativity, be able to

multi-task, and ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized and professional

manner.
