We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and coordination efforts in Los Angeles. The Assistant Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to help plan, organize, and execute events.
Job : On site
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range : $950 - $1250 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including workshops, seminars, and client meetings.
- Coordinate logistics such as event set-up, vendor communication, and equipment rentals.
- Support the creation and distribution of event materials, including agendas, name tags, and promotional items.
- Manage attendee registration and communications, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Help maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collect and organize feedback from attendees and staff to assess event success and areas for improvement.
