IMA's National Property & Casualty Environmental growing team is seeking an Account Executive! This position is responsible for the marketing and servicing of new and renewal lines of business for pollution and contractors' policy placements, including complex transactional placement and multilayered pollution towers. This position is eligible for remote work!
A successful applicant must be agile and flexible, possess strong professionalism and self-direction, and have effective problem solving and communication skills.
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Provide pollution exposure analyses for clients, including transaction specific contract / due diligence reviews
- Review and analyze policy forms, and negotiate preferred IMA enhancements for each of our carriers and their products
- Assists the practice leader to mentor and train department team members
- Maintain strong relationships with environmental underwriters and servicing team Account Executives and Account Managers
- Manage and participate in internal review meetings with the servicing team and business review meetings with the client, as needed
- Participate in RFPs / Prospect Presentations representing the Environmental Department as needed
- Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
- Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

Salary Range
90,000 — $150,000 USD
