Job description
Entry level drivers needed. Class A Drivers at entry level position. Currently we have 14 openings. Once you apply we will call and do a short phone interview with you.
If we think you will be approved we will help you put in your application over the phone. We then send you via email the second part of the application.
Once approved for DQP (driver qualification process) You’ll spend 1 1 / 2 days in DQP.
After completion successfully you will immediately get hired as a trainee and go out with a trainer OTR (over the road) all over the United States for 4 weeks @ a pay rate of $650 per week. The goal is to build your confidence and mold you into a safe successful Class A driver.
Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own truck and bigger pay checks ranging from $1200-$1600 weekly.
After successful completion you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
Why work for us? We don’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making bigger pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.
We offer tuition assistance of up to $1,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.
To qualify as an Class A Driver at entry level you must…
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have graduated from at least 120 hour accredited driving academy within the last 2 years.
- Possess a fairly clean MVR no suspensions in the last year
- Be able to pass a thorough background check
- Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
- Possess current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing
- Have no terminations for safety reason in the last year.
Drivers will enjoy late model Freightliners trucks. We offer 10 speeds or Automatics.
