Commercial Lending is more than cold-calling prospects and attending community meetings. The right individual will need to meet with business owners face-to-face to build relationships. Commercial Loan Officer Qualifications :
- 5 years of community bank Commercial Banking experience.
- Deep understanding of credit and finance.

- Bachelor's degree or corresponding education and related training.
