This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the importance of debits and credits and is eager to grow and develop their skills in accounting while making a meaningful contribution to a dynamic team. We're looking for a candidate who's excited to learn, develop, and make an impact!

YOUR ROLE

As an accountant, you'll help maintain and record a complete and systematic set of business transactions, balance ledgers, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports to showcase receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable, and payable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Debits, Credits, and Journal Entries : Post debits and credits accurately and efficiently. Prepare and review journal entries to ensure proper financial reporting.
• Reconciliation and Analysis : Reconcile and analyze general ledger (G / L) accounts and schedules monthly. Prepare adjusting entries as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting : Assist with the preparation of month-end, year-end accruals, and quarterly reporting. Contribute to the timely and accurate month-end G / L close for multiple entities.
• Audit Support : Assist the Finance Team during year-end financial audits and other audits (e.g., insurance, sales tax, union).
• Process Improvement : Contribute to reviewing and enhancing accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Special Projects : Perform other duties and contribute to special projects as needed to support the Finance Team.

BENEFITS OVERVIEW

30 - $39 an hour

The reasonable compensation range for this position includes a new hire base hourly rate of $30 - $39.00 per hour + comprehensive benefits + potential for a discretionary profit-sharing bonus.

Individual pay within this compensation range may span multiple levels within the role and is determined by assessing job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future.
