Job Summary

Are you ready to launch your nursing career in an environment where you can cultivate your skills and make a genuine impact on your patients' lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide holistic care to patients at various stages of their healthcare journey, ensuring they feel supported and heard. As an ambulatory LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician while having the opportunity to act as the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities

Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.

Document a detailed medical history from patients.

Assist in the assessment of patients and administer medications or treatments as directed.

Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.

Guide patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

Complete an accredited practical nursing program and hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board or hold multi-state licensure privileges. If IV therapy / management skills are required, graduate from a Board-approved AASPN program including IV therapy in the curriculum or complete an approved IV Therapy course.
