JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global's Medical Device company is looking to add Demolding Technicians to their manufacturing operations team. This person is responsible for performing process steps to produce finished parts, ensuring all parts are processed correctly and suitable for the final product, resulting in high yield outputs. Key responsibilities include reading and following established procedures and instructions, gathering necessary materials and equipment, selecting components according to specifications and schedule, and aligning materials to assemble complex units. Tasks involve staging molds, filling molds, loading and unloading ovens, and demolding. The technician must check output to ensure the highest quality, maintain equipment in good condition, and record production quantities and time on tracking sheets and in the database. Additionally, the technician reports issues, malfunctions, or defective parts and performs other duties as required.
