Truck Driver Entry Level.  We have 16 openings for entry level class a drivers that will be filled this week.

Once you obtained your Class A CDL license you found out just about no company will hire you without recent OTR experience. Many carriers won’t give you a chance without experience we will.

When you put in your application. We will call and conduct an interview. Once you are evaluated you’ll be approved to put in an application.  Once this is completed we will start the approval process.  The approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours.

After your approved you will come in for our three day Orientation.  Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks.  The goal is to build your confidence and turn you into a good safe class a driver.

Trainee pay isn't much.  It's just $800.00 per week.   That pay rate is for your first 30 days only.

Upon completion you then get moved into your own truck with a huge pay raise from $1050~$1350 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck.

Once you are done with training you can plan on making on average from $1050 to $1350 per week once in your own truck.

You also have to be flexible when you first start and be patient to get the run you desire.  It can take a few weeks to maybe a month or so to get exactly what you want.

ie :   We have retail stores runs that make $1400-$1600 per week right out of training if available.

We offer local, dedicated, regional and OTR runs.

Our local runs get you home everyday.

The dedicated and regional runs get you home every week.  Sometimes during the week depending where your load is going.

Drivers that run OTR, over the road runs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off.

When a certain account is filled that you want all you have to do is request to be put on that run with your terminal manager.  You will be placed on the run asap once trucks become available.

When you work with us... We won’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you got your Class A license.

To qualify as a Class A Driver at entry level you must be…

• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a fairly clean MVR no recent accidents.  No tickets pending
• Able to pass background check
• Able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
• Currently licensed with a Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing
