Job Description
The Senior Development Manager (Renewable energy) will be responsible for :
- Hands-on team leader and project developer.
- Personally develop a pipeline of utility scale solar, energy storage and other renewable energy technologies in either CAISO, SPP, WECC or MISO.
- Lead a growing team of project developers.
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams including land negotiations, real estate, engineering, permitting, legal and interconnection through construction commencement.
- Support M&A diligence and development efforts.
- Lead project strategy throughout the entire development process to achieve project & corporate goals.
- Ensure completion of any post-closing covenants or development activities performed by the project Seller.
- Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage contract obligations in key project documents.
- Coordinate closely with the cross-functional teams across the company.
