The Director of Employee Relations is responsible for all aspects of Employee Relations for KIPP Texas Public Schools a 4600 employee organization. This Director will also be responsible for planning developing implementing and promoting activities and programs that enhance overall employee communication and relations while overseeing the compliance of company employment policies and practices with relevant employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive philosophies and programs to foster constructive employee relations and ensure the organizations approach to its employees is fair respectful and consistent;
- Reduce risks by developing programs policies and procedures to promote fair and equitable employee relations and business decisions;
- Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations;
- Partner with and advise management and leadership on employee relations issues;
- Receive evaluate and respond appropriately to employee concerns in a timely manner;
- Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions;
- Oversee review and advise on the employee grievance and disciplinary processes;
Serve as a Title IX investigator
Respond to manage and resolve conflict.
