Job descriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and trips to our stores. Plan engaging, personalized, and segmented email journeys tailored to different audience segments. Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including content creation, design, scheduling, testing, deployment, and analysis. Manage push notification and text message strategy, crafting compelling and personalized copy that aligns with brand voice and promotional goals. Collaborate with cross-functional and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with business goals, objectives, and campaigns. A / B test different email elements (subject lines, content, design) to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Continuously monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices. business goals and customer-centric strategies Play a key role in expanding our Marketing Technology stack, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance our direct-to-consumer lifecycle marketing capabilities Utilize data-driven approaches to develop and execute direct-to-consumer marketing programs that increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value Coins!
