Job Description
As part of the Electrical and Software Team, the Electronics Manufacturing Technologist plays a key role in addressing component obsolescence challenges, maintaining manufacturing test fixtures, and completing small circuit design tasks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members, they create work plans, execute verification strategies, and communicate outcomes. While working independently, they operate under the guidance of a senior engineer or direct management.The individual in this role will efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, collaborating with the team to prioritize them regularly. They will demonstrate expertise in test fixture maintenance, including maintaining fixtures at our USA site and assisting contract manufacturers with remote facility maintenance. Additionally, they will update scripts in field test fixtures as needed. Process monitoring involves gathering data from these fixtures to diagnose manufacturing process issues, while also documenting and modifying existing processes. Furthermore, this position entails designing improvements for existing test fixtures with support from software, electrical, and mechanical team members, as well as creating new test fixture designs.

Work Environment
Machine shop setting with test laboratories and an office space. Manufacturing is done overseas - no steel toed boots or hard hats required and any necessary PPE is provided when needed.
