Position Summary
Responsible for doing multiple set ups per shift and machining weldments, block work of all sizes, Flame / grind plates, pins, etc. in a timely manner, while maintaining exceptional quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently set-up and operate 5 axis CNC machine, to machine parts per print efficiently and accurately;
- Inspects work for conformance to specifications;
- Maintain little to no re-work or scrap;
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes;
- Maintains a satisfactory attendance and punctuality record
- Keep work area clean and organized; and
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
