Job description

About this role :

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Specialist will be the main administrative support for DEI Center of Excellence, dedicated to driving inclusion at Gartner. The primary focus of this role is to support our 2 Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program Managers, who have collective responsibility and management of Gartner's 8 ERGs.

What you'll do :

Support 2 ERG program managers and 8 ERGs through tasks including but not limited to :

  • Publication of all ERG events on Gartner's Intranet
  • ERG Event supply management e.g. ordering t-shirts, organizing catering & event space with real estate teams
  • New vendor set up including contracts, creating requisitions & monitoring of payments
  • Maintaining systems for collecting ERG event data & feedback
  • Clean-up and maintenance of operational databases & drives

Support the broader DEI COE team with administrative tasks such as :

  • Quarterly Review and update DEI Resource Pages on Gartner's intranet
  • Inclusion Inbox Management (includes triaging requests, tracking themes, responding)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
  • What you will need :

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years in customer service or related field preferred
  • Google suites
  • Microsoft applications
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 68,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
