Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a proven track record of driving revenue, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets, grow existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team : Recruit, train, and manage a results-driven sales team; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
- Market Research and Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategies.
- Collaboration Across Departments : Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement.
