Ammonia Refrigeration Manager Position Overview

As an Engineering & Facilities Ammonia Refrigeration Manager, you will enable high performance of the supply chain facility by fostering a reliability-centered maintenance culture within your team that ensures high equipment availability and success for the operation of the supply chain facility.

• Ammonia Refrigeration Managers in this role will;
• Be responsible for the leadership and development, coaching and performance management of the ammonia technicians, including but not limited to :

Providing constructive and critical feedback on work quality to enhance individual performance, while ammonia technicians conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on the system,
